Muy rico el pollo y lo entregan muy rápido, todo es para llevar y hay que estacionarce sobre la avenida, lo cual es un poco incómodo porque no siempre hay lugar

El de avenida Juárez muy bien, el personal todos con cubre bocas, tuve que esperar pues tenían mucha gente. Había fila para pagar y para recibir los pollos, pero no tardaron tanto, y todos muy rápidos y muy amables. El de Unitec pésimo, llegué y no tenían bien puesto el cubre bocas, no tenían ni un solo cliente y cuando le dije a la cajera del cubrebocas se lo puso bien, le dijo a la otra empleada y esa hasta se lo bajó bien, pues mejor me fui.

El personal de mostrador es súper agradable y tienen una excelente atención al cliente. Cada pollo cuesta $195 precio de este año los extras te cuestan $25 y los miércoles te regalan medio pollo en la compra de 1 completo. Lo único malo es que no hay servicio a domicilio.

El sabor del pollo está muy bien. Los totopos muy buenos, en general muy bien y recomendable. La atención es buena. Sólo un par de comentarios, cuando dan las promociones del miércoles, en donde dan medio pollo gratis, generalmente la media pechuga no está completa. Se entiende que es promoción, pero seria bueno que estuvieran las piezas igual de completas que cuando se compra el medio pollo. El otro comentario tiene que ver con el servicio de facturación. A veces no tienen el servicio por falta de internet o "sistema" y entonces se pierden esas facturas, entonces sería bueno que trataran en lo posible de que no les fallara el servicio por periodos largos de tiempo o emitir alguna nota al cliente, para posteriormente poder facturar. De ahi en fuera, recomiendo el lugar para comprar y llevar. Quizás no para comer ahi, porque a veces está lleno (es sólo una barra) no siempre, pero a veces.
